The Farris Community Center is set to host a Chili Cook-Off Fundraiser on Saturday, October 11th, starting at 4:00 PM.
The event is designed to be a fun, community-driven competition, and organizers are encouraging everyone with a secret chili recipe to participate. Entry into the cook-off competition is completely FREE, giving local cooks a chance to earn bragging rights and show off their culinary skills.
The competition winner will be decided by popular vote, allowing attendees to sample the various entries and cast their ballot for the best chili in Farris. To ensure a fair contest, voting will close promptly at 5:00 PM.
