Hasn't the weather been beautiful these last few days? Yes, there was a bit of stormy weather during the first part of the week. But softball weather was in evidence for the 18U Women's World Cup of Softball in OKC last weekend!

Let's try out some new holidays!

Monthly holidays for October include Breast Cancer Awareness Month, National Pasta Month, and National Bullying Prevention Month October 2nd: National Name Your Car Day, World Farm Animals Day, National Smarties Day (yes, the candy!), and International Day of Non-Violence October 3rd: Global Smoothie Day, Kids Music Day, Look at the Leaves Day, and National Butterfly and Hummingbird Day October 4th: National Taco Day, National Golf Day, Cinnamon Roll Day (Jan, could you send me a few?), and Improve Your Office Day Beth and Ray were in OKC for the 18U Women's Softball World Cup. The Qualifier was last year in the Dallas area. Games went well and were scheduled to end on October 1st.
