Hello Atoka! It is the time of the year when we recognize the Autumnal Equinox and officially say good-bye to summer and usher in autumn with all the changes to see such as the colors of fall and cooler temperatures. The promise of coming rains and the migration of the monarch butterflies brings the hope that life will continue and that we will enjoy positive changes.

I got up early last Sunday morning to take my morning walk in the cool morning air before we went to church and was enjoying the cawing of my murder of crows as they monitored my actions and listened as the cows lull across the pastures surrounding me. I looked up to see a white pick-up truck coming towards me flashing its lights.
