The Class 2A #7 Tushka Tigers (239) made a lot of noise at the Oklahoma Secondary Schools Activities Association State Fall Baseball Tournament by taking down #2 Dale (25-4) and #3 Silo (26-3) before losing to #5 Byng (20-7) and finishing as the state runner-up.

Tushka suffered a 13-1 loss to Byng in the Class 2A state championship game which took place on Oct. 11 at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark, home of the Minor League Baseball Triple-A Oklahoma City Comets. The championship gave Byng their 7th fall baseball state championship in school history.

In the championship game, senior Kason Hull (leadoff batter) recorded the only hits of the game for the Tigers. He had two hits in the game; in the second inning he hit a single to center field to score Braylon Hastings. Four players for Tushka pitched in the game including starter Jake Langley, DJ Alberda, Waylon George and Eli Webb.
