I always think of the most important people in my life at this time of year. May the good times and treasures of the present become the golden memories of tomorrow in your life. May your Christmas sparkle with moments of love, laughter, and goodwill; and may the year ahead be full of contentment and joy.
A friend was lamenting the size of her Christmas tree, and I thought about trees of the past Christmases we have had. I never thought to worry about the size of our Christmas tree because in the eyes of our children and grandchildren, they were all massive and beautiful. I did worry about filling our home with joy, our hearts with love, and our days with laughter though.
Speaking of laughter, I found some funny “Dear Santa” letters and thought you might need a chuckle… these could have been written by my brother or other relatives for sure. You can probably put a name from your family to each of these.
