Families and students are invited to Atoka Elementary on Wednesday, January 21, for a special welcome gathering aimed at launching a new 4-H club for Atoka Public Schools. The event will run from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and will include a meal of chili and sides for all attendees.
4-H is a premier youth development program delivered through the Oklahoma State University (OSU) Extension. It is designed for children and teenagers between the ages of 8 and 18. The program focuses on "learning by doing" through a variety of hands-on projects that cater to a wide range of interests.
