Atoka Police are investigating a vehicle burglary that occurred at the Walker Circle apartments on Wednesday morning.
Officer Trevin Loudermilk was dispatched to the scene at approximately 7:19 A.M. after the victim, Sandra Gipson, discovered her car had been tampered with. Gipson reported that she went outside around 7:00 A.M. and noticed the interior light of her vehicle was on.
Upon inspection, Gipson found that someone had gone through the cabin of the car. While nothing appeared to be missing from the front of the vehicle, a search of the trunk revealed that a Walmart toolbox filled with various Snap-On tools had been taken.
