A coordinated undercover operation has resulted in the arrests of Ryan Duane Deems and Jennifer Lynn Jameson, the director of a local sober living facility, on multiple felony drug charges. Both individuals are accused of participating in a methamphetamine distribution network operating within Atoka.
According to affidavits filed by Agent Ethan Chandler, the investigation culminated on December 18, 2025, when a confidential informant (CI) arranged a purchase of methamphetamine from Deems at his residence in the Happy Trails RV Park.
Working under the surveillance of multiple agents, the CI entered Deems’ trailer while equipped with audio and video recording devices. Deems was overheard stating that his supplier was 'about to pull up' and was seen coordinating the delivery on a cellular phone.
