Everything is going well; we are continuing to work on various projects, always searching for new opportunities and leaving no stone unturned as we strive to improve our city in every way possible I cannot thank our Public Works team enough for the outstanding job they did while working tirelessly during and after the recent ice storm we endured. Their dedication to our city is unapparelled.
I may be biased, but I saw footage of other towns and cities, and ours by far looked the best. It was obvious our team went above and beyond to treat and clear out our streets as quickly as possible to make them as safe as they could for anyone that had to travel.
I would also like to thank our dedicated police department. They too always rise to the occasion to ensure our city is safe and assist anyone needing help. I couldn’t tell you the number of times they were helping motorists in need during this recent storm.
