The Oklahoma City Water Utilities Trust (OCWUT) has provided a comprehensive update on the Second Atoka Pipeline, a 98.6-mile infrastructure project currently connecting Lake Atoka to Lake Stanley Draper.
In a recent update to OCWUT, Larry Hare, Raw Water Capital Improvement Program Manager, confirmed that the 98.6-mile project is moving steadily toward its 2028 completion target.
