Tinker Federal Credit Union (TFCU) has welcomed Ryan Marlen as senior vice president of digital strategy, a new leadership role focused on advancing the credit union’s digital channels and member experience.
In this position, Marlen will guide TFCU’s digital services and ensure members can manage their finances easily and securely across all platforms.
Marlen brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in financial services, with a background in consumer and small business banking, payments and financial technology. He has helped organizations modernize their systems, improve their customer experience and use data to support decisions.
