Felony Stalking Charges Filed Against Kiowa Man

Felony charges have been filed against a Kiowa man following an investigation into multiple alleged violations of a protective order.

Timothy Crowson, 46, of Kiowa, faces a count of Stalking in Violation of a Court Order, a felony. The case stems from an investigation by the Atoka County Sheriff’s Office that began in late January during a forensic interview in Durant.

According to a report by Deputy Hembree, investigators were presented with evidence of a series of unauthorized communications. The reporting party provided deputies with numerous emails allegedly sent by Crowson over a several-day period.
