The Brickyard in Atoka was transformed into a hub of empowerment and floral design recently as the Atoka Area Chamber of Commerce officially launched its Women in Business Committee.
With 80 women in attendance, the Galentine’s-themed evening, presented by Kennedy Eyecare, proved that the desire for connection among local female entrepreneurs and professionals is stronger than ever.
The event wasn't just about celebrating the holiday; it served as the formal introduction of a new support system for the county. Heather Gabaree, with the Atoka Area Chamber, noted that the inspiration came from a desire to ensure no woman feels alone in her professional journey.
