Kiamichi Tech has officially purchased a 12-acre property on Fair Barn Road in Coalgate, expanding the district’s footprint and strengthening workforce training opportunities in the region.
“This expansion into Coalgate reflects our commitment to opportunity and workforce growth in Coal County,” said Colette Harper, Kiamichi Tech Board of Education member. “I am proud to support initiatives that create strong pathways to success for our communities.”
The site will operate as an extension of the Kiamichi Tech - Atoka campus, with shared administration and staffing support. The project is expected to take approximately 24 to 36 months before becoming fully operational.
