A Texas man is facing a felony charge and two misdemeanors following a report of an erratic driver on Highway 69 on May 18.
According to the officer’s report, Atoka Police were alerted to a black van with a missing front fender traveling southbound from Stringtown.
Dispatch advised that the vehicle was fluctuating in speed between 45 and 80 mph and had reportedly driven through a ditch to access a parking lot near Fred’s Fish Camp.
