A Minnesota man was taken into custody on May 17 after a traffic stop at Mc-Gee Creek State Park revealed a false identity and illegal substances.
According to the officer's report, Lt. Corwin Ridgway with the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department was on patrol at approximately 10 p.m. when he observed a vehicle pulling onto McGee Creek Lake Road without taillights. The vehicle was clocked traveling 44 miles per hour in a 25 mile per hour zone.
During the stop, the driver told the ranger he did not have his license and provided a written name and date of birth belonging to James Henning.
