A Tushka man faces a misdemeanor charge after allegedly launching a targeted campaign of harassment against his neighbors, which included a threat to poison family pets.
According to charges filed by the district attorney's office, an Atoka County Sheriff's deputy responded to a residential call on West Main Street in Tushka on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. A local resident reported that a neighbor, identified as Aleczander 'AJ' Laman, began yelling threats from nearby while the resident was caring for dogs, stating that he was going to poison the animals.
When the resident walked away to de-escalate the situation, Laman reportedly followed in his vehicle, blocked the resident near some storage units, and physically pushed him while threatening his life. Laman then allegedly drove his vehicle at a high rate of speed toward the resident.
