An Atoka County man faces a misdemeanor trespassing allegation after authorities reportedly caught him on a family member's property just one day after being formally barred from the residence.
According to details filed by the district attorney’s office, an Atoka County Sheriff's deputy responded to a trespassing call at a residence on East Blackjack Road at approximately 4:36 PM on Tuesday, July 14, 2026.
While enroute, the responding deputy was advised by Captain M. Gipson that the suspect, identified as Kaleb Howard, had been formally issued a trespassing warning at the location the previous day.
