An Atoka County man faces a misdemeanor trespassing allegation after authorities reportedly caught him on a family member's property just one day after being formally barred from the residence.

According to details filed by the district attorney’s office, an Atoka County Sheriff's deputy responded to a trespassing call at a residence on East Blackjack Road at approximately 4:36 PM on Tuesday, July 14, 2026.
