Local quilters have until early August to secure a spot in this autumn's upcoming Atoka Quilt Show.
The annual event, sponsored by the Oklahoma Home Community Education (OHCE) group and the A Time to Sew Quilt Guild, is scheduled to run on October 2 and October 3. The exhibition will take place at the Atoka Kiamichi Technology Center, located at 1763 West Liberty Road.
Organizers are welcoming quilters of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced hands, and participants of all ages ranging from 8 to 100.
