Atoka Students Return from Trip of a Lifetime
A group of Atoka High School Wampus Cats recently returned from an overseas journey, spending nearly two weeks exploring the cities, wildlife, and natural wonders of Australia.
Led by AHS biology and zoology teacher Ms. Williams, the local group traveled abroad from June 29 through July 9 alongside fellow students, teachers, and parents from Missouri and Ohio. The educational tour was organized through Explorica by WorldStrides, an organization specializing in student travel and language immersion programs.
