A report of a disturbance on North Hills Drive led Atoka Police to arrest Tommy Kelcey Jr. on Sunday morning, Aug. 23, after officers discovered active warrants and methamphetamine during a traffic stop.
Officer Christian Shomo responded to the industrial area near North Hills Drive at approximately 11:00 a.m. after receiving reports of a male in a white Chevrolet Tahoe striking the passenger window of the vehicle.
Upon arriving in the area, Shomo observed a woman walking west toward U.S. Highway 69. Shomo then spotted the white Tahoe traveling west on North Hills Drive and initiated a traffic stop after observing an inoperable high-mounted brake light.
