Choctaw Nation Expands Labor & Delivery Services
The Choctaw Nation Health Services Authority (CNHSA) has expanded maternal healthcare services at Choctaw Nation Health Care Center in Talihina’s labor and delivery unit with the addition of two physicians who bring new perspectives and services to prenatal to postpartum patients. Dr. Shanell Gray and Dr. Melissa Rainwater have joined the labor and delivery team, enhancing care for patients in the area.
Dr. Gray joins the labor and delivery unit as an osteopathic manipulative and neuromusculoskeletal medicine (OMNMM) specialist dedicated to comprehensive care across the prenatal, perinatal, and postnatal continuum. Dr. Gray provides patient-centered, hands-on treatment rooted in osteopathic principles. She was most recently with the CNHSA Family Residency Clinic and will remain as a resource for the unit.
