Bryan County Resident Pleads Guilty to Illegally Possessing Firearm & Ammunition
The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Andre Deshawn Love, age 45, of Colbert, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea to one count of Felon in Possession of Firearm and Ammunition, punishable by up to 15 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
The Indictment charged Love with knowingly possessing one .380ACP caliber, semi-automatic pistol and 42 rounds of assorted .380ACP caliber ammunition on November 6, 2025, after having been previously convicted of a crime punishable by more than one year imprisonment.
