Daughter Arrested for Drug Possession After Assault Call

A disturbance call to a South Montana residence Tuesday night led to the arrest of a woman for alleged drug possession and possession of paraphernalia.

According to a report by Master Patrol Officer Peydon Griffith of the Atoka Police Department, officers responded to a 911 call reporting an assault on South Montana around 8:50 PM. Upon arrival, other officers on the scene reported that a male individual had flipped a table, which struck an elderly woman inside the home.

The elderly woman also stated that her daughter, Lisa Larson, who was present, had taken her debit card and refused to return it. Larson admitted her mother had given her the card to get food from McDonald's but claimed she had misplaced it.

After a period of time, Larson admitted the card was in her pants pocket, and that she had taken the pants off after returning from Mc-Donald's. At her mother's request, officers advised Larson to leave the residence. As she was departing, a pair of pants was found behind the front door. Larson confirmed the pants were hers and that she had been wearing them to McDonald's.

Upon searching the pants, officers reported finding a glass pipe wrapped in toilet paper containing a white crystal-like substance in the front left pocket. Larson denied ownership of the pipe but acknowledged the pants belonged to her. The elderly woman's debit card was also located in one of the other pockets.

Lisa Larson was placed under arrest for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. She was transported to the Atoka County Jail for booking, and the glass pipe was packaged to be sent to the OSBI lab for chemical analysis.
