The Choctaw Nation is once again providing grab-and-go style meals for children ages 1-17 through its Summer Food Service Program, which began in May.
This initiative aims to ensure children continue to receive nutritious meals during the summer months.
The program operates as an equal opportunity provider, offering meals at various locations across the Choctaw Nation's service area, including Antlers, Atoka, Crowder, Durant, Hugo, Idabel, McAlester, Poteau, Stigler, Talihina, and Wilburton. Most sites will be located at Choctaw Nation Community Centers.
For Atoka residents, meals can be picked up at the CNO Community Center – Atoka, starting May 20, 2025. Distribution will take place every Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
