Man Accused of Repeatedly Violating Protective Order

An Atoka man is under investigation for allegedly violating an active protective order on multiple occasions, according to reports filed with the Atoka Police Department. The protective order names his ex-wife and their three minor children as protected persons.

Sgt. Cody Poe, an assigned investigator with the Atoka Police Department, began an investigation on June 10 after the protected individual requested to speak with an officer regarding potential violations.

The individual provided multiple written statements detailing numerous alleged interactions with her exhusband, Avril Larson, also known as 'Jack.' Sgt. Poe confirmed the existence of an active protective order, which prohibits Jack Larson from any contact or interference with the protected individual and their children.
