Investigation Underway After Damage Reported at Shell Station

Atoka Police are investigating an incident of reported damage at a local Shell Gas Station that occurred in the early morning hours of July 3, 2025.

Officer Drake Smith responded to the scene at approximately 3:24 AM, where he observed the drive-through window to be damaged and off its track. According to employee Amber Daves, she found the window in this condition upon arriving at work and had taken a video before attempting to secure it. Daves also informed officers that she had contacted the store owner to obtain surveillance footage.

Upon reviewing the surveillance video, officers observed a male subject making entry into the store three times. The first instance, at 3:24 AM, showed the individual kicking the window. Subsequent entries occurred at 3:26 AM and 4:33 AM. The investigation is ongoing, and as of the report, nothing had been confirmed stolen.
