How are you this week? Have you been working outside? Ray's been mowing. You know, that's a neverending job! It looks so nice when he mows though. And it smells so good! Well, those of you with grass and pollen allergies probably wouldn't agree with Beth about that!
Beth re-potted some plants this week. Her 'Mother of Thousands' plant had outgrown its pot. Beth got the plant a new one. If all of the little plantlets grow into big healthy plants, Beth is going to have a BUNCH to re-home! Then, the Flapjack plant was falling out of the pot, so it got a bigger pot also! Beth's mother would have loved these plants!
Let's see some holidays for the week. Try celebrating some of these: July 31st: National Avocado Day, National Raspberry Cake Day, Uncommon Instrument Awareness Day, and (of course) Harry Potter's birthday August 1st: National Girlfriends Day (to encourage women around the globe to get together and celebrate their special bond of friendship), Spider-Man Day, and Homemade Pie Day August 2nd: National Ice Cream Sandwich Day, National Coloring Book Day, and Dinosaurs Day (Brockston, this is one for you!)
