Sheila Lou Allen, 68, was born on August 8, 1957. in California, and passed away peacefully in Mena, Arkansas, on November 19, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. Sheila was a woman of deep compassion, quiet strength, and unwavering love. Her gentle spirt touched everyone blessed to know her.

Sheila was a devoted mother, sister, grandmother, and aunt. She found her greatest joy in her family and life's simple moments - sharing stories, laughing together, and offering comfort any time someone needed it.

She is survived by Darrell Dean Allen, her daughter, Stephanie Dawn Shires, and her sisters: Connie Smith of Farris, Oklahoma, and Becky Page and Husband George Page of Mena, Arkansas. Sheila was a proud and loving grandmother to Brittanie Willis, Christian Dilbeck of Mena, Arkansas, and Addam Dilbeck of Little Rock, Arkansas.

She is also lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews: Christy Mckee, Christopher Smith, George Page, Bryan Page, Windy Sides, Sam Amitott, Kayla Williams, and Tanner Allen, each of whom she held close to her heart.

Sheila was preceded in death by father and mother William Jean Wilson and Billy J. Wilson and siblings Jessie 'Boone' Wilson, Debra Jean Wilson, Tammy J. Williams, and her Brother-in-law Chris Smith, all of whom she loved dearly.

A celebration of Sheila's life will be announced at a later date. Family and friends will be invited to gather, share memories, and honor the beautiful legacy she leaves behind.
