Edna Christine Sheffield, age 82, a Lane, OK resident.

She was born on Wednesday, June 2, 1943, to Clarence and Alena Ellen (Emmons) Davis, at Atoka, OK.

Edna passed away on Friday, April 24, 2026 at her home.

82 years, 10 months and 22 days.

She attended High Hill School before graduating from Tushka High School with the class of 1961. Edna then went on to attend LPN classes at Grayson County College.

Edna was a Licensed Practical Nurse working for Atoka and Pushmataha County Hospitals, Atoka Manor, Atoka Care Center, and at El Adobe for 20 years.

Edna was a member of Lane Baptist Church. She loved to take care of and feed everyone, cooking, cleaning, and working.
