Ronnie Wayne Manning, 73 went home to be with his Lord on June 8, 2026, after a long battle.
Born on August 2, 1952, in Caney, Oklahoma, Ronnie lived a life marked by faith, hard work, and a love for family and friends. A lifelong truck driver, Ronnie spent many years on the road, providing for his family and making friends wherever he went. He was known for his strong work ethic, his willingness to lend a helping hand, and his ability to stay busy.
Ronnie especially enjoyed working with his hands and had a talent for woodworking. Whether building, repairing, or creating something from a simple piece of wood, he found joy and satisfaction in a job well done. He also loved spending time outdoors. Fishing, camping, kayaking, and mowing the yard were among his favorite pastimes. Ronnie appreciated life's simple pleasures and found happiness in staying active and enjoying God's creation.
He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him, especially by the love of his life, Lois Ann O'Brien. His kindness, friendship, faith, and steadfast spirit touched many lives, and his memory will remain in the hearts of those he leaves behind.
Ronnie is survived by his son, Josh Manning of Arkansas; his older brother, Earl Manning and wife Barbara of Texas; his brother, Herman 'Lucky' Manning and wife Dee Ann of Missouri; and his sister, Rita Allen of Oklahoma. He also leaves behind many cherished friends and extended family members who will continue to honor his memory and celebrate the life he lived.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leon and Eva Manning; his wife, Vicki Manning; his sons, Jason Manning and Jeremy Manning; his baby sister, Annette; and his brother, David Manning.
Though he is no longer with us in body, Ronnie's faith, love, and !€gacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. The lessons he taught, the memories he created, and the lives he touched will never be forgotten.
