High School in 1956 and went on to attend college.

Frank was a carpet installer and worked in construction in his own business.

He married Vickie Sue (Grundy) on Friday, September 29th, 1989 at Las Vegas, NV. They celebrated over 35 years of marriage before his passing.

Frank was raised in the Catholic faith. He enjoyed reading, bowling, working on his 1961 Ford Ranchero, tinkering on it for hours before he finally got it finished. Frank also enjoyed mowing, yard work, anything outside he loved, he was an outside man. Frank loved to travel and taking cruises, his favorite spot was Spain.
