She was born on Sunday, April 5, 1964, to Hershel Hoyt and Mary Edith (Prater) Justus, at Atoka, Oklahoma.

Lana passed away on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at Durant.

She graduated from Atoka High School with the Class of '83. Lana also attended the Kiamichi Vo-Tech and completed her Certification of Business Administration.

She was a Vault Employee at the Casino and a Homemaker.

Lana was of the Pentecostal faith and was a member of the River of Life church in Atoka, Oklahoma. She enjoyed watching Zena Warrior Princess and collecting knickknacks. Lana liked wearing costume jewelry, listening to music, and reading. She loved her dogs.
