She was born on Thursday, December 15, 1938, to John and Macie (Higgs) Smith, at Nix, OK.

Lenora passed away on Monday, May 5, 2025 at Atoka.

She was 86 years, 4 months and 20 days.

She attended Nix Grade School and Caney High School.

Lenora was a cook for Caney Public School. She married Buster McBride on Friday, November 25th, 1955 at Sherman, TX. They celebrated over 65 years of marriage before his passing on February 1, 2020.

Lenora attended Caney Freewill Baptist Church for over 55 years. She enjoyed cooking, reading her Bible, working jigsaw puzzles, road tripping with Buster and loved being with her family and friends.
