She graduated from Atoka High School and went on to attend Southeastern Oklahoma State College.

Saundra was a CNA at the Atoka Manor and a housewife. She married Robert LaWayne Greenwood in 1908 at Denison, Texas.

Saundra was of the Baptist faith and was a member of the Mt. Zion Church in Atoka, OK. Over the years she worked as a CNA and as a cook at the Atoka Manor. She fed many hungry people and never turned anyone in need away! She would give you the shirt off her back and a place to lay your head if you needed it. Saundra treated everyone she loved as family!
